How B.R.M Chronographes collects, uses and protects your personal data.
The data collected on this site are collected by Bernard Richards Manufacture (B.R.M), whose registered office is at 2 impasse de l'Aubette, 95420 Magny-en-Vexin, France. This policy complies with European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data.
We collect only what is necessary to process your order or your enquiry: surname and first name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, and where applicable the company name, intra-Community VAT number and SIRET number of your company.
We collect no bank card data : payment is handled by our provider, and none of that information passes through our servers.
The contents of your basket are stored in your browser, on your device. They are transmitted to us only when you confirm an order.
These data are used to process and track your order, to keep you informed, to issue the invoice, to arrange delivery and to answer your questions. They are used for no other purpose.
Your data are processed by the manufacture's teams. They may be passed on only to those partners necessary to fulfil the order: payment provider, carrier, financing institution where you request it, and accounting firm for legal obligations. They are never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Data relating to an order are kept for the legal retention period for accounting records, namely ten years. Enquiries with no follow-up are deleted after three years.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise it, write to customer.service@brm-manufacture.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
This site places no advertising cookies and carries out no tracking for targeting purposes. The only things used are the local storage needed for the basket and your choice of language to work, together with cookie-free audience measurement, which cannot identify you.
The instant messaging service on the site may place a technical cookie allowing a conversation already begun to be continued.
