Frequently asked questions

What people ask us.

Material, movement, warranty, lead times, delivery, personalisation, payment: what you need to know before ordering.

What are the Clock Machines made of?

Every piece is machined from solid aluminium, never cast. Bead-blasting, satin finishing, polishing or anodising depending on the surface: it is the contrast of finishes that draws the object. All of it happens in the Magny-en-Vexin workshop, the one that produces the house's watches.

Which movement, and does it need servicing?

A high-precision quartz movement, chosen so that it never asks for attention. Its battery is replaced about every three years: that is routine maintenance, not a fault.

How many pieces are there of each model?

Twenty numbered pieces per colour — not twenty per model. The number is engraved on the plate of the piece.

What is the warranty?

Nine years from delivery, excluding impact and breakage. It also does not cover normal wear, prolonged exposure to humidity, or work carried out outside the B.R.M workshop. The statutory warranties are in addition and remain due in any event.

What are the lead times?

First deliveries run from September 2026 to February 2027 depending on the model — the date is given on each model page. After that date, allow about one month of production from the order: every piece is machined and assembled for you.

How is the clock delivered?

In a wooden crate, with transport insured by the manufacture, and delivery is free. On receipt, take the time to check the condition of the parcel and to record your reservations with the carrier if anything is wrong.

Can it be personalised?

Yes, and it is the house's craft: the colour lacquered in the workshop, an engraving in the aluminium, a logo at the centre of the dial, a numbered series for a club or a company. We produce a 3D rendering of your piece, free and without commitment.

How can I pay?

By card, by bank transfer, in three or four interest-free instalments, or over thirty-six interest-free monthly instalments — the last two being reserved for residents of France. From a phone, Apple Pay and Google Pay settle in one tap straight from the basket.

Can I change my mind?

A private customer has fourteen days from receipt to withdraw, without having to give reasons, the piece being returned complete and in perfect condition. A clock engraved with your name or made in a bespoke livery is the exception: it is neither taken back nor exchanged.

What are the dimensions and the weight?

Dimensions are given in the specifications of each model, in centimetres. Weights are provided on request — write to us or ask your advisor.
